Seeing what you’re doing

A major gripe before in the game was the lack of visual feedback in the HUD for certain things, like level progression and how much one can brake. These have been fixed by adding a temporary brake image and a slider depiction of where you are at in the level. It’s all placeholder for now but I’m sure the artists will come up with better things later.

Some tweaks and optimisations have been added and some necessary bug fixes as well.
